Donations

Donations to the Group can come from indiviuals or from businesses. They are tax-deductable as Scouts Australia is registered with the Australian Tax Office as a not for profit organisation.  Donations are very important in as much that a donation of say $1000 to the Group then enables the Group to gain a further $1000 from some $1 for $1 grants.

Donations can be made in kind as the donation of skilled time (like an electrician) or in goods (like hardware fittings, lights, locks, tools and appliances) towards a project. If you donate to the Group, you can specify how that should be used. Please contact the Group Support Committee to discuss the best way to contribute to the Group's success.
